Acting & Theater Performance Lessons
At Higher Ground Performing Arts Studio we offer two different acting classes. Theater I, kids acting lessons for ages 7 through 11; and Theater II ages 12 through adult. Our acting classes take place in a creative, nurturing atmosphere. As a student, you will develop your confidence, communication skills and self-presentation. These attributes will benefit you in whatever course you choose in life.
Class Description
The acting lessons include work on monologues, improvisation, drama, games, stage direction and movement for the stage. The class meets once a week for one, to one and a half hours. The students are offered performance experiences in our mid and year-end productions.
Theater I - Beginner: Tuesdays @ 4pm
Theater II -Beginner / Intermediate: Tuesdays @ 5-6:30pm
