Tuition
Tuition is based on a yearly program. It can be paid in full or in monthly payments. Higher Ground accepts cash, checks, auto debits and credit cards.
Please note: if a month is not attended, the monthly tuition is still due in order to keep your child's spot open in the class.
There is a one-time non-refundable yearly registration fee of $20.00 due at the time of enrollment. The Family registration fee is $30.00. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. There are no refunds for missed classes. However, classes may be made up within 4 weeks of the missed class. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, there will be a $10.00 late payment fee.
Tuition is non-refundable. We must be notified if a student is not returning. If not, you will be billed as the spot is reserved.
Proper Payment Format: Please make all checks payable to Higher Ground Performing Arts Studio. Retail payments must be made with a separate check. Please note the following information on your check or envelope when submitting payment:
1. The child's first and last name
2. Class times and day & month paid
Automatic debit from a bank account or credit card payments are available
for recurring monthly tuition at a discounted rate.
We close on all major school holidays, and follow the school system's calendar. When County schools are closed due to an emergency or the weather, we will also be closed.

* The tuition is based on the # of classes as a family. The monthly dollar amounts are calculated based on the yearly tuition divided by 10 months. There is no prorating of months. As stated, the monthly fee is based on the yearly tuition, not by the number of weeks in the month.
Private Dance lessons: 1 hour $40
½ hour $25
Private Voice / Music Lessons: $25/Lesson (½ Hour)
Zumba / Fitness Tuition
$8/class or you can purchase a Class Card for $56.00 (eight classes)
