Contemporay and Modern Dance Class Performance

Contemporary & Modern Dance is a combination of intricate, technical, pedestrian and naturalistic moves, with a connection of breath-expressing emotions.  Classes include floor and center work that incorporates
the use of gravity and weightlessness (fall and rebound).

"Fe Crusade"

Solid ballet technique is a component required for this style of dance.  Therefore, a ballet class is required.  Classes may include improvisation.  Graham, Limon and Horton techniques will be used.
